Six Star-Spangled Salads For Summer

It’s the season of hot, playful days and warm, starry nights with picnics, parties and parades abounding. It’s also the season of salads. Here are six of the most celebrated from my blog. Each is like the taste of stars spangling, or nature sparkling on your tongue.

  1. These all look so fresh and delicious, especially the Persian Cucumber Salad. And the Turmeric Tofu is such a great way to add heartiness to greens. Must share with clients! It doesn’t feel like summer here in SF, but I’m waiting for the Indian summer that people say will arrive in September!

Will you try this? What are you loving this season?
